How to naturally get rid of bumps on my forehead?
I have these bumps on my forehead, like tiny spots? They're not really visible from a distance, and it's not acne, acne scars or pimples, just bumps. The rest of my face is clear, then I just get these bumps on my forehead. Are there any natural/home remedies to get rid of them? Thank you.

    • ANSWER:
It might be something called keratin pertosis. Keratin is a natural protein in your skin ans some people can have too much. Usually the show up on the upper arm, thighs and occasionally face or torso. You normally treat it like an acne, but need to not over do it. Exfoliating is the easiest way to smooth the skin surface and not knowing your age, it may be something you will out grow if between 14-24. Also, being on your forehead, and not knowing if you have fringe, it may be related to styling products. I'd recommend a pea sized amount of a skin softening emollient cream(Mary Kay extra emollient cream) applied at night and this should make exfoliating easier. Then would recommend a mask or microdermabrasion again, Mary Kay Microdermabrasion Set. Happy to help if need more assistance.

  5. QUESTION:
How to get rid of bumps on forehead?

They might be heat bumps, i have heat bumps on my cheeks and i have had them for a long time. And still today after at least 4 years, i still have them but not nearly as bad as when i first had them and they are hardly noticeable anymore unless you actually feel my cheek. Sometimes when im petting my kitten she will bump her forehead to my forehead. I wanted to know if thats normal. please answer?

That is 100% completly normal! That is your kitten's way of telling you that she loves you. When they rub their head against yours, it is them completly trusting you, and that they look at you like their mother. When kittens are very young, a mother will lick their head, and it is very calming for a kitten. When the kitten does that to you while purring, they are happy and love you.

  9. QUESTION:
How do i get rid of a bump on forehead i have had for a long time?
I have had this knot or bump on my forehead for a long time. When i was younger my brother hit me with a baseball bat(not on purpose). It is a bump that does not hurt but feels like a little ball of built up scar tissue(guessing). Is there anyways i can get rid of it other than surgery?

    • ANSWER:
Don't buy scar removal creams. They NEVER work.

Surgery is a worthwhile investment. If you have insurance, you can claim "face dis-figuration" and get it partially covered. This works for acne scars; I don't see why it WOULDN'T work for other types of scars. Good luck.

The rest of my skin is pretty clear, but I have these annoying red bumps on my forehead that I cannot get rid of. I have tried everything from Lush products to Neutrogena cleansers to Biore's Ice Cleanser and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Try pro-active, i mean it doesn't work for everyone, but it just might work. If you don't want to spend that much money. Try Clean and Clear. They have face Cleanser, Toner, and Plimple, Cream. Use all three twice a day and see if that helps. And when you dry your face after washing it, do not rub your face, pat it dry. Rubbing will make the reddness worse

How to get rid of a bump on the forehead?
I have had a bump on my forehead since I was in third grade from a dodge ball incident, i'm a senior in high school now. And can never where my hair out of my face without being asked if I just hit my head. I've seen the doctor but its more of a cosmetic thing then medical. If any one can tell me how to get rid of it? Thank you :)

    • ANSWER:
ah, dodge ball....broke my finger last year playing dodge ball (but I'm in high school).

anyway, sorry about the bump. something I had on my head was like that. I used mederma scar cream (or whatever it is called) and it actually soothed the redness a lot! It's still there a little bit but not nearly as noticeable.

Try it - it works well.

      Good luck!

BTW - once the cream healed some of the redness, I was able to cover it up better with concealer....you couldn't even see it (someone asked it I had gotten it removed) o.0

  21. QUESTION:
How to cover these pimple bumps on my forehead?
Hi I'm new to make up and I was just wondering how to cover these bumps on my forehead, from drugstores products I have oily skin and it makes it harder for me to find things that fit me. Thanks for your help!

    • ANSWER:
Because you have oily skin I wouldn't recommend putting on concealer/foundation. It will just make the pimples look worse, especially in photos. Instead try treating them with a spot treatment, or before you go to bed dab a little toothpaste on them. This will dry them out.

Do you use products such as face scrubs and face masks? This will help you out a lot, and you could find ones suitable for your skin type.

      Hope I helped!

how to get rid of little small bumps on my forehead?
Okay, so there's like, little skin tone bumps on my forehead. My mom gave me some acne cream to put on it but it never worked. I've tried everything to get rid of it! Any suggestions? They're not heat bumps, either!

    • ANSWER:
Okay, those little bumps are acne, it is just under your skin. This might before difficult to deal with. What i would recommend is to slice a lemon in half, and rub it all over your face. The acidic acids dry out those nasty zits. If you need a great product, buy a face cleanser that contains benezol peroxide, this also dries out those zits. If this doesn't work, go to your doctor or dermatologist and they could prescribe you a medication for this.

  28. QUESTION:
How do I get rid of bumps on my forehead?
They aren't pimples but they are just all these little bumps on my forehead that seem to never go away!

    • ANSWER:
I've got the exact same thing! And they are killing me. I started using lemon juice on my face yesterday, and I will keep doing it and I'll hope I get some results. You should do it too! Wash your face with hot water, so your pores opens, and receives the lemon juice. Get a cotton and soak it in water. Squeeze it so the water comes out. The reason why you do this, is that if you only applied lemon on the cotton, you will not get any lemon juice on your face. By soaking it with water, the lemon will not soak to the cotton, because the water already did that. So after this, scrub the cotton on the your forehead, and other pimple areas you want to disappear. Don't scrub too hard, or ells you will damage you skin. Many people applies sugar on top of the lemon, but I don't do it, because it looks and sounds damaging and unhealthy, so keep away of that! After scrubbing gently the areas you want, wait a little bit and then wash it off with cold water, so your pores closes again. Notice that it will sting a lot (it stinger a lot with me), but I handled it for a little bit, and then washed off. Actually the acid in the lemon does the stinging, and the acid get rid of the pimples on your forehead! I hope this was helpful to you.. I wish you luck:)

  29. QUESTION:
I woke up this morning with a lump on my forehead close to my hairline?
What could it be? I didn't bump my forehead at all. It's about the size of a nickel, just a tad bigger.

    • ANSWER:
It could be a bug bite from a mosquito or something. Sometimes they take a while to show up fully, so maybe you missed it the day before. It could also be acne coming on. There have been times when I had something like that and it eventually got smaller and condensed into a whitehead. I guess you'll just have to wait and see. Maybe you did bump your head when you weren't really paying attention, who knows?

If it starts getting bigger or starts to hurt in a non-itchy way, then I suggest seeing a doctor possibly...I don't know of any conditions that make you grow lumps, but you never can tell really...hope this helps at least a little.

  32. QUESTION:
What are these tiny red bumps on my forehead ?
So, a few days ago I woke up with a few tiny red bumps on my forehead and the next day a few more and so on. They are very very small and are slightly raised. I am positive it is not acne or pimples. I'm not allergic to anything and haven't changed anything in my skincare routine. The only thing that has changed is that summer is now over for me so I started wearing makeup again which I haven't been doing all summer. Could this be the reason or is it something else ? Please Help, Thanks :)

    • ANSWER:
It depends on how old you are, the kind of skin you have, and how sensitive you are. If its the same makeup you were using before, and you didn't have the bumps before, it could just be a re-adjusting to wearing makeup that is irritating your skin. I would check the label on the makeup to see if it contains talc. If it says non-comedogenic, you're good - if its comedogenic, you might have issues. Most packed powders contain talc, which isn't an issue for adult women, say 30s up, but for teens its not a good idea. I'd schedule a consultation with a dermatologist; doesn't necessarily need to be a good one, since this problem doesn't seem to be that severe.

Seriously, I have these little bumps on my forehead that are SO annoying. I went to the dermatoligist and he said anything prescription would make it look worse because of redness and peeling since my acnes not severe. Well, drugstore stuff doesn't work so what should I use? Has anyone tried Clean&Clear spot treatment?

    • ANSWER:
Clean and Clear worked for some people depends on condition or hormones also if body agree with it. But with me, it didn't work. I tried everything from that to Proactive even go to dermatoliglist. But now that I have bad face fill with pimples, I am learning how to be patience as time will come for my face to clear up on its own. But After I tried everything I tried Murad, it worked! but after all abt 3 years, it doesn't work well as it did before I guess it is because I overuse. So right now I am seeing dermatologist, they gave me samples of chilamg. It does work to clear my face in a process because mom told me that some of my pimples seem to be gone. Just take a day at a time, meaning dont harash! you have everything to look ahead, why harash? It is not like that it will go foward in a harash to leave ya , what I mean is that nothing will leave you so just take it time at a step and wait seeing as it takes a time to heal slowly. Don't mind your mom or dr. if they say change med. in one week if it don't seems to work effectively. Let me tell you what happen is that when my mom harashed me to change med. in a week after Murad didnt work to clear my face up. I got mad and told ma to be patience then I was right that Murad cleared my face in 3 weeks . Sometimes no one even proffesional knows better than your body. If it is a question to how will you know if med going to work? I am telling you now...Just follow and listen to your heart and instinct. Murad worked just because I followed my instinct not mom's order or even dr's. Because I know my body. Hope I am helping!

      1. Change your hairstyle to keep your bangs off your forehead.
      2. Gently cleanse and exfoliate your skin every day. (this will help remove the oils and keep your skin clear.)

So the trick is to either keep your hair away from your skin, or remove the oil from your skin.

I have a bunch of skin colored bumps on my forehead. How can I get rid of it?
I think they are blackheads/whiteheads, and everynow and then one or two will become red and become a pimple. I use a facewash everyday and sometimes I think that is what is causing these bumps on my forehead. Can anyone help?

    • ANSWER:
      puberty.

  45. QUESTION:
What do I do to get rid of these little bumps?
I've always been one to take good care of my face.
I wash it twice a day, use toner, face mask once or twice a week. But these little bumps on my forehead will NOT go away!
There's about 20-30 of them. Ranging from pink to skin color, you can't pop them, they're just there.. Please help!

    • ANSWER:
They are most likely white heads. White heads are like little bumps that vary from skin color to pinkish. You can get a dermatologist, or you can get some face wash from drug stores like Walgreens or Rite Aid. They usually have stuff for that. Or if you want to go beyond that, theres that Neutrogena thing where its like, the Skin ID.. You can take the test and it gets you your perfect skin washing stuff.. And there is an option for white heads there too...
